Soooooo Not True, All My Coat Hoods Are Lined With Fake Fur, It Feels Soft, And Thank God It doesn't Smell (imagine if it got wet, DUH!), but it keeps my neck warm all the time. so get a juice box and suck it.

The only advantage synthetic has over natural is drying time. But it never rains here so it's not an issue.

A good synthetic or even down jacket will last no more than 2-3 seasons. A fur coat will last at least 20 years. And as someone who lives in northern canada where -10 is considered a nice day, I can tell you that no ammount of synthetics will keep you warm like natural fur.
